Fantôme is a performance at the crossroads of digital arts, music, and object theatre, based on an animated film and designed for large outdoor or indoor spaces. By immersing a thousand people in a powerful dreamlike adventure, the performance tells the story of a child named Fantôme who, despite himself, triggers a popular uprising and the collapse of a totalitarian system.

The piece uses the narrative principle of the live cine-concert — in which film and music are closely intertwined — but goes beyond it by bringing in live presence, movement, and singular scenographic devices. The animated film is projected onto a moving set that unfolds according to the events of the story, while the music is performed live by two musicians — the guardians of the narrative and guides for the audience.

Fantôme seeks to counter the weight of reality through the power of imagination, drawing the audience into a vast poetic uprising.
